Functional Hatha yoga sequences designed to counteract common repetitive movements such as sitting at a desk, hiking a mountain, biking, skiing, etc. These classes are for people who want to feel better in their bodies, and live pain free for years to come.
Every class provides a warm up before moving into deeper complementary postures. Each set of postures is broken down into stages, progressing from beginner onwards, so each practitioner can choose which modification fits their body best. All classes are multi-level and alignment based.

Join restorative, flow and functional movement classes with Darci Nyal, E-RYT 500 starting in January of 2024. Darci has been teaching 12+ years, has owned her own yoga studio and has taught more than 10,000 students, elite athletes, and well, couch potatoes! She brings with her a wealth of knowledge, from understanding intelligent based sequencing, to incorporating breath work, meditation and contemplative practices. Come to make some friends, and move your body, and leave feeling rejuvenated, well balanced and ready to take on the world.
