Coaching can be like downloading a new program. At times it might seem like a complete 180 degree turn around and other times it is more like fine tuning and calibrating what is already in place to aim exactly on target. Coaching is for you if you are wanting to improve or maximize the existing joy that you are already experiencing with your health, career, relationship, parenting or spirituality. Supervision provides you with clarity, guidance and perspective (Sounding board). It also provides you with insight, inspiration and valuable self-care and co-regulation in times of challenges. There is nothing like having an amazing SUPPORT TEAM (ask me! I have 2 supervisors, about 6 therapists, but only 1 coach! and so many bodyworkers!)...

24 hours cancellation fee policy. Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged in full.
